Today we welcomed @bbcsoutheast to the Intensive Care Unit at Tunbridge Wells Hospital (@MTW_TWICU) to meet staff and patients.
The team talked about the person-centred care that has led to them being the first in the UK to receive HU-CI accreditation.
Congratulations @MTW_TWICU who received HU-CI and AENOR Certification of Good Practices in Humanization of Intensive Care yesterday!
There are 18 HUCI-certified units worldwide with Tunbridge Wells ICU the 1st in the UK to achieve this status.
