In some matches of the season, 1-star raids with special Pikachu platforms may appear 🎒⚡, a type of collaboration that has set a precedent in Pokémon GO.

📌 Have we seen anything similar before?

In recent Pokémon GO x MLB events, the collaboration included:

* 🧢 Pikachu with MLB team gorras

* 🎉 Special stadium days with themed shrimp
* 🎁 Exclusive temporary investigation event
* 📍 Pokémon GO activated in and around stadiums during official matches

Now this format can be repeated, but with Pikachu featuring a special raid background, it will make it even more collectible 👀

Explorer Gadget, aka Virtual GO Plus, has been spotted by some Trainers! 👀

It looks like Niantic is testing it with selected players.
Unlike the physical autocatcher, Explorer Gadget is limited. Right now, players are seeing different limits, so we don’t know what the final version will look like.

35 Pokémon is a very low limit, and some Trainers report around 80, which still feels low.

With the current price of the official GO Plus+, this could be an interesting alternative for players who don’t own one, but the limits are way way too low right now.
