@JagexSupport The only reason I'm so adamant about it is the account was hacked about 2.5 days ago with minimal response from support on its status. The recovery request has been in for over 36 hours with no response and the bank pin will most likely expire by tonight. Account name wakuser
@JagexSupport Hi, my account was hacked yesterday and support has yet to lock it even after a report has been filed. He is using the account to beg my friends for loans and money, can it please be locked for the time being so that my pin does not expire?
@JagexSupport how long does it normally take for a password reset to be sent to your email? My account was hacked and it's been 3 hours since I requested the reset
@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport I know they did get into my email. That has already been changed and hopefully secured. Are you able to lock the account Wakuser for the time being?
@JagexHelpFrost @JagexSupport Thank you for your quick response! I haven't received it yet but will be looking for it. Is there any way you could lock the account in the meantime? I did have Authenticator on it so I'm not sure how this occurred.
