🚨FRAUDE ELEITORAL - LULA x FLÁVIO.
POST DEFINITIVO. COMO FUNCIONOU:
1) Todas as urnas tem o mesmo software.
2) A fraude roda após às 17:01. Roubando pro Lula alguns dos votos já dados naquela urna.
3) Em 5 minutos, a eleição já foi praticamente toda roubada.
4) Pra roubar a eleição não precisa fazer nada, basta demorar 2 ou 3 minutos pra fechar a urna.
5) O teste de integridade, feito no dia da eleição, termina exatamente às 17h e, portanto, não acusa fraude nenhuma, pois a fraude começa 17:01.
PROVAS:
Organizando as urnas (500 mil) por ordem de fechamento em 10 grupos de 50 mil, temos o anexo 1. Veja que, com o passar do tempo, a diferença de votos entre Lula e Flávio só aumenta. Quanto mais tarde as urnas foram fechadas, mais a diferença cresce. Sempre. É possível argumentar que a diferença seria porque os "sulistas são mais eficientes em encerrar as urnas do que os nordestinos", por isso temos a tabela 2, que mostra que o mesmo padrão ocorreu no Estado de São Paulo, por exemplo.
OBSERVAÇÕES:
1) Talvez nem todas as urnas roubem votos, embora o software ladrão esteja lá (o hash tem que bater). Evidentemente o fraudador é inteligente e não iria colocar um valor constante para ser descoberto. O fraudador certamente deve ter colocado componentes de aleatoriedade para não ser detectado. Ele é ladrão, não burro.
2) Não se deve "adequar a localização" ao estudo. Os locais em que o Lula ganhou com maior diferença são em função da fraude e não o contrário, ou seja, não é em função da localização que você assume o fechamento tardio das urnas.
3) Para confirmar a fraude, precisamos do horário de fechamento das urnas (e resultado, claro) do teste de integridade. Mas, pasmem, eles não são disponibilizados pra download.
4) Com a urna, talvez seja possível pegar o binário e descompilar usando IA. Em tese é possível provar a fraude. Peguem as urnas antes que o software seja apagado.

How did Lula go from prison to becoming eligible to run for president again?

The answer involves three distinct judicial decisions. The chronology matters.

In 2018, Lula’s corruption and money laundering conviction had been upheld on appeal. He began serving his sentence, and the electoral court barred his presidential candidacy under Brazil’s Clean Record Law, which disqualifies candidates with certain convictions upheld by a judicial panel.

First came his release. On November 7, 2019, the Supreme Court (STF) voted 6–5 to prohibit imprisonment solely to begin serving a sentence before appeals were exhausted. The ruling applied generally, beyond Lula’s case, with the exception of @jairbolsonaro who was immediately jailed with total disregard to the rule that was created for Lula. Lula walked out of prison the following day. His conviction remained in place, and he was still ineligible to run.

Then came the restoration of eligibility. On March 8, 2021, Justice Edson Fachin annulled the decisions in four Lula proceedings, including his convictions, because the district level federal court “lacked jurisdiction” over those cases. Fachin ordered them transferred to another court. With the convictions annulled, the basis for Lula’s electoral disqualification fell away. The full Supreme Court upheld Fachin’s decision, 8–3, on April 15, 2021.

Separately, on March 23, 2021, the STF ruled, 3–2, that the trial judge had been biased in convicting Lula, invalidating the judge’s acts in that case. Can you imagine if Alexandre de Moraes could have his decisions annulled on the basis of being “biased”?

These distinctions are essential. Release pending appeal did not restore eligibility. Annulment for lack of jurisdiction did. The finding of judicial bias provided a separate ground for invalidating the proceedings.

The decisions that reopened Lula’s path to the presidency were not acquittals on the underlying corruption allegations.

A group of Brazilians, some in Brazil, others in the United States and Europe, is attempting to organize a campaign in the U.S. against Donald Trump ahead of the midterm elections.

According to an account of the conversation, participants propose coordinated actions to influence the U.S. midterm elections, including mobilizing the so-called “Lula’s army,” created by Janones, who has more than 10 million followers. Some describe themselves as “Lula’s soldiers” or “Janones’s soldiers,” willing to do whatever it takes.

During the conversation, participants attack the Bolsonaro family, particularly Flávio, making several accusations without providing evidence. They also verbally attack President Donald Trump and, especially, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, while spreading what the account describes as false narratives aligned with the far left.

The entire conversation was recorded and will be forwarded to the FBI, the State Department, and U.S. elected officials so they can assess its content and determine whether it contains any threats.
