@Onward_Homes Why don’t you as a organisation talk to your residents with humanity who are dealing with real life issues the good people who pay good hard earn money to live in certain communities your trying to make a difference.
@Onward_Homes@hlecaplain Do not patronise my intelligence by suggesting ways to get issues resolved with you as you can’t even reply to residents emails. If you take the time to hear & reply to what issues we have as tenants well I would have to waste my time writing negative but true comments.

@Onward_Homes@hlecaplain You have all these advertisements, but in the reality of it you never take customer / tenants issues seriously or even have the empathy to have any sort of common discussion to resolve anything. The customer service is “ F…..G S..T” & thats being polite.
