@ReadyRefresh After calling back, explaining everything again, and getting put on hold again, I finally was able to talk to Beth who was able to get my non-delivered order rescheduled earlier — 1 week rather than 2 weeks — and diffused my mounting anger. I was on the phone for 79 minutes.
@stephenasmith If we bought your flimsy marketability excuse, would that mean you and your platform @espn also believe that a nonverbal player who communicates through sign language would also not be good for the sport?
@macworld@morlium “Here’s hoping its next moves show how big its heart really is.” Seriously? After everything Apple has done on this crisis, you have the nerve to bash it because you want free iCloud space? Wjat have YOU done?
@Delta seriously? It’s not even 6 am, I just settled at a table for a 4 hr layover after flying all night, and this idiot comes in and immediately starts blasting his music and videos.
@ReadyRefresh actually fulfilled my delivery on time as scheduled yesterday. Whew! I seriously expect more rescheduling given their recent history, and I am glad I was proven wrong.
@AlaskaAir@FunderMueller It was not an “honest” mistake. Your airlines meant it. You just got caught. That was your representative acting as a legal agent of Alaska Airlines. If your agent did it and pushed it as far as it went, it was intentional, not a “mistake.” Your mistake was hiring that person.
@AlaskaAir@chris_noland If Alaska Airlines truly was “committed to providing an inclusive environment for all of our passengers,” then shouldn’t this NOT have happened? I think what AA show is that they are committed to providing damage control to try to cover up existing discrimination.
@ReadyRefresh@neilabloom Thank you! My delivery that they rescheduled for today was rescheduled for tomorrow, so I’ll try a DM if it is rescheduled again.
@ReadyRefresh@neilabloom Was this resolved right away or was it rescheduled again? I've called and emailed with no luck. Is a Twitter DM the way to go?
@ReadyRefresh@TruGenius77 I was going to ask how that delivery went, but, again, ReadyRefresh dropped the ball, as I saw from your tweet the next day. I am noticing that they only say that a delivery "is scheduled" but not that it will be delivered.
@almichanlee @ReadyRefresh Thanks for posting a follow up about the contacting them through DM. I wondered if that was more effective than calling or emailing, and if I should DM them myself. I guess ReadyRefresh is turning out to be a bad idea.
@devikiranmca1 I would check out their Tweets and searching Google and Yelp before promoting them. Lots of complaints about the same thing -- non-delivery.
@ReadyRefresh @imayra21 Don't believe them. They are happy to post canned responses. Apparently, delaying your delivery is for your own safety. I guess you should be grateful they are only keeping your safety in mind when they repeatedly don't deliver on their promises.
@ReadyRefresh@aliciamfz Yes, a Google, Twitter, and Yelp search all confirm. I've been with them for years, and they used to be fine, but now they're going downhill fast. Are there any water delivery companies around that they didn't buy out and destroy yet? I'm looking. Everyone should.
@ReadyRefresh @blkfootcontessa Don't believe @ReadyRefresh. They're not sorry and won't do anything. I know, I called yesterday (and other times before) and got no apology, and their rep Marcus said they can't do anything about their deliveries because "it's out of [their] hands."
