@PanasonicUK ive just been told to escalate a complaint you have to send it in writing to Panasonic headquarters, surely this cannot be right? case No. 2337630 would be good if someone could get in touch. At the moment im shocked by the level of customer service!!!
@PanasonicUK Ive got 3 kids under 5 my fridge freezer has been broken since Friday, chased up 8 times for a date for repair finally came today advised he couldn't repair, chased again they advised someone would be in touch within 48 hours #unbelievebale#shockingcustomerservice
