Last week the EPA approved three new PFAS pesticides in a single day for use on corn, soybeans, wheat, oats, oranges, apples, and almonds.

PFAS are called forever chemicals because they never break down in your body or the environment, linked to cancer, thyroid tumors, reproductive toxicity, and birth defects.

This came days after the Supreme Court ruled 7-2 that you can no longer sue pesticide companies for cancer.

First they took away your right to sue, then they approved five more forever chemicals for your food.

And none of this is surprising when you look at who is making these decisions.

A decade ago a Monsanto Vice President became Deputy Commissioner of Foods at the FDA, spending years overseeing the very agency responsible for regulating the company he had just worked for, and nobody stopped it.

These patterns never left.

Today the EPA's deputy administrator overseeing pesticide approvals is Kyle Kunkler, a former lobbyist for the American Soybean Association, one of the groups publicly pushing for the exact chemicals he just approved.

One thing is clear: Our government is not working for the health of Americans.

Here you have an entire county, two towns, and a nonprofit suing to protect itself from authoritarian solar overreach out of Albany.

This same county, the Town of Glen, and GlenFARMLand also sued a few months ago over Mill Point Solar.

That is 7 total lawsuits out of one county in the span of 3 months in an effort to protect itself.

Why do we all need to sue?

Flock Safety Cameras are no longer being used just as license plate readers or traffic safety

This flock camera is a playground, there is no traffic to monitor. I found local governments are now just placing Flock cameras in areas where they believe crime risks might be higher

Which means they are no just straight up being used for mass surveillance of Americans without a warrant

Just 2 years ago a company called Leonardo patented a technology called "SignalTrace" that uses local mesh networks to track all of the electronic devices (cell phone, watch, bluetooth ear buds, some implanted medical devices, credit cards, etc...) on you and in your car as you go down the road and pairs that info with the license plate readers & AI powered facial recognition cameras that are everywhere already creating a digital ID for you that can track your location/movement/biometrics/etc... with or without your car.

This unconstitutional technology is already in use in ALL 50 states. The data this tech uses isn't secured at all and is shared with any government agency/business that will pay for it. Of course, most customers are governments paying this private company with your tax dollars.
