Still got the vibration plate in today.

Ten minutes a day has made a noticeable difference in my feet, balance and entire body. When I miss a day, I feel the difference in my legs and feet.

Turns out resistance bands work in the hot tub too. I stand on them, keep one hand steady to help me balance, and curl with the other. The water makes standing easier for me, so I’m taking advantage of it 🤠
