•Only 8.4% of teachers -probationers- were offered 6.85%... & few of them get permanent jobs after that
•74% of teachers on the Main Grade Scale were offered 5%...again
•100% of Principal Teachers were offered 5%...again
•More than 1/2 of HTS & DHTs were offered less than 5%
