Kids already missed out on so much sport and football during the long months of the pandemic, and so to now wipe out an entire weekend of football, and to stop them seeing their friends and having fun is really beyond belief. Shame on the FA.
The FA's decision to cancel kids football this weekend is more madness. It would have brought communities together to pay their respects; kids having fun, parents swapping stories on the sidelines, or grabbing a pint. Instead they've been told to stay at home. What a waste.
