$AMD just signed a massive multi-year deal to supply AI chips to OpenAI that could generate tens of billions in annual revenue.

OpenAI also has the option to acquire up to ~10% of AMD stock at $0.01/shr.

The agreement covers deployment of ~6 GW of AMD’s upcoming MI450 chips starting in 2026, with revenue recognition beginning next year.

AMD says the partnership could contribute over $100B in new revenue over four years.
