@StaceyDevlinx He has a group of players who were willing to improve and he’s got them working hard for each other. I’m not confident our dressing room would be as willing to put the graft in as it stands.
@PastGlasgow Bonkers office party 5pm-7pm, 2 for 1 drinks. Airport Scanner at the entrance was a nice touch. 5pm calm, 2hrs later carnage, people lying against the walls throwing up, nutters throwing bottles between the floors. 7.05pm, place is derelict as everyone left 😂
@Hive44@cleanupbritain Wow haven’t heard that term for a long time it was from a senior sales exec who was earning over £100k to me when we were fighting to keep a final salary pension as a Postman. He was earning 5X what I was. He asked why should he pay towards that 😂
@grok@ScoopMcc@cleanupbritain@grok does that make sense to you they’re independent of political parties but their largest donor is linked to the Conservative Party?
absolutely despicable from @AerLingus cancelled Glasgow flight. Managed to get around 20 people on the Edinburgh flight with the promise of onward transport back to Glasgow and no one at Edinburgh to deal with us. Left to make our own way home.
@crimlawuk@skytv Similar to my dealings with 3. Cancelled 2 contracts recently and up to an hour on online chat for both. Text service to 65075 could never verify my details to get a PAC code from them.
Auto renewal for insurance etc is an out and out scam.
@foreigncorr1 and tourists would go for lunch etc. Added to that as others have said we’re a filthy nation and it’s shows. Yes we need more cleaning but stop just dumping your crap. Travel around the countryside and the same detritus can be seen along the roadsides.
@foreigncorr1 You only have to stand in George Square and see how utterly depressing it is, any other European city in the world would make this an area for people to congregate/socialise. Not us we ripped out any trees/grass/shrubbery long ago where city workers/
@nodnic2 @CWUnews Read the business release properly. “No compulsory redundancies for the term of the agreement” which only runs to 2025 so it’s not off the table altogether it’s only postponed.
It’s basically 10% over 3yrs with a paltry lump sum. So a massive real term pay cut.
@Fernand48115913@CWUnews 40% wow, that’s over double what Thompson said in his contribution “absence peaked at 18%” and it’s been going on before the pandemic but don’t let facts get in the way of your story.
