[Paul Fairclough @PaulF_BDM]

@bt_uk following me notifying of you of the death of my mum last June, you have still not provided the rebate she is due. You keep closing the case without resolution prompting me to keep calling and discussing the distressing subject. So unethical and insensitive on your part!

[Paul Fairclough @PaulF_BDM]

@bt_uk The case has now been opened and closed on 4 occasions with no follow up or resolution. I have to keep in calling/holding & have the same conversation about a distressing subject over & over. I want a bacs payment made ASAP

@bbc5live have just listened to the local Dorset councillor. Agree with many of her points but perhaps the local council could help alleviate some of the problems by bringing council workers back from furlough and opening toilets for visitors. Paul, Dorset

@5liveSport a number of weeks ago you where going to broadcast a your call on people travelling to beaches during lockdown. Would very much like to participate on this subject of beaches being opened with no infrastructure, facilities on benefit to the community. Paul, Dorset
