@PaddyKitt @Ryanair I’ve had the cancellation email but the Ryanair system won’t recognise the flights are cancelled and allow a refund. Even struggling to get it to recognise the booking references! Appalling!

@Ryanair spent 2hrs waiting for someone on live chat, then when I got through waited over 40mins for a response to my query. Still no answer. Think they hung up! No emails or texts to confirm my Turin trip is cancelled and a refund will be given. Appalling
