@joetidy I've been notified already and have been sent a link to sign up with a UK id monitoring service. I bought tickets to see KISS in Vegas a few years ago, presume it was from then.

@nixcraft After spending years teaching coding, both as a volunteer and teacher, I was really disappointed in his comments.

Years of giving up my own time thrown back in my face. Not going to stop for him or anyone else though.

If anyone, especially the Nvidia CEO, tells you not to teach your kids maths, science, coding, art, or personal finance. Ignore him and do the opposite of what he is saying. Teach your kids the skills they need to thrive. Embrace education for all kids. By encouraging critical thinking and a love of learning, you give your kids powerful tools to shape their futures, which also helps build strong nations.

Happy 72nd birthday to the greatest frontman ever, @PaulStanleyLive.

@MartinSLewis Loved these. Used to come in a tiny paper tube and for some bizarre reason you bought them in the chemist!

[Tottenham Hotspur @SpursOfficial]

Happy New Year! 🤍

[KISS @kiss]

Thirty-two years ago today, we lost our friend #EricCarr to cancer. Eric was a ferocious drummer with a gentle spirit. We all miss and remember him for his devotion to his fans and friends.

@J9Solutions @macrium I was hoping to buy the 4 PC version at a similar price to last year. Instead I'll stick with v7 free for my desktop and Synology Active Backup for the others (comes free with their NAS). Short-sighted by Macrium.

[Paul F @PaulFinnTeach]

@macrium This is disappointing, why aren't you discounting the full product like last year? Not interested in yet another subscription.

Covid-19 sick days were 20 per cent lower in schools with air-cleaning HEPA filter machines, researchers on an eagerly-awaited study have found. But why has it taken so long to discover how well they work, asks @ClareWilsonMed. https://t.co/eO9LaHBbf1

Gillian Keegan, Tory Education Secretary
says last night's historic swings to Labour (2nd & 6th largest % swings in by elections since the war) were

"NOT a swing to Labour"

This woman is in charge of maths lessons? 😮😮😮

For fuck's sake, stop stoking a stupid culture war and come up with at least one policy that makes lives better instead - preferably one looking more than 15 mthss ahead.

Science is NOT in danger from "woke ideology", which is a bullshit invented culture war concept anyway.

[Caroline Lucas @CarolineLucas]

What does this even mean? The latest in a string of Cabinet ministers systematically making stuff up that either isn't happening, doesn't exist or makes no sense and then they "rally" against it. Just desperate …

[Kate Cronin @Katie_Cronin]

My local secondary school have just announced they’re shutting to three year groups the rest of the week because more than a dozen staff have Covid.

Bit of a worry, given it’s only September.

[Prof. Christina Pagel - @chrischirp.bsky.social @chrischirp]

We could of course spend the summer improving indoor air quality in schools, public buildings, workplaces, restaurants, bars, etc which has all sorts of benefits beyond Covid + plan a broader winter booster campaign, but sadly the govt seems to have given up. 6/6

@RikByatt Whole family went to Birmingham & I done London too. That's me done too (I think..)

Soundcheck was awesome.

[Paul F @PaulFinnTeach]

Last week I went to the O2 Arena and was invited to the soundcheck of my favourite band. Here's some of my photos. Going to miss KISS concerts! More here: https://t.co/BYxOIEr4lF

[Paul F @PaulFinnTeach]

@RikByatt Did you get to any shows?

[KISSin' UK @KISSinUK]

Here's @genesimmons from the amazing London @KISS show last night (photos by Paul Finn)

[Paul F @PaulFinnTeach]

@iamrodneysmith @mhdksafa Wow, what a great thing to do! Need something like that over here in the UK.
