@root1jean My understanding is that there are different formats. I just got unlucky I guess

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

My brain watching the new #avatar: ‘oh look that’s 48fps… and now it’s back to 24fps… now it’s 48. it’s 24 again. 48. 24. 48. 24. 48. 24. 48. 24. 48. 24. 48. 24. 48. 24. 48…’ continuously for three hours.

@TaoRuspoli It's the world's greatest editor ;o)

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@jessekoepkecuts It is. I also highly recommend the doc "The Rescue" as a follow up. It fills in some of the blanks. An absolutely incredible story.

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@mattybach1 Is that not the plan?

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@isaiahheaden Exactly. They keep reframing the debate as "you can't take my gun away" but that's not necessarily the point.

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@mrbarnard1 I wish Democrats had the courage of their conviction the way Republicans do.

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@jaa_edit Precisely. Variety covered it and they even tweeted each joke word for word. I'm almost certain Netflix paid them for the coverage.

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@jeffcannata I don't under stand why they say 'you can't take my gun away' when anyone proposes tighter restrictions. Taking *every gun away* is NOT what's ever being proposed. Oh wait I do understand; they just refuse to help at all. Ever

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@jeffcannata Exactly. I hate the 'mentally ill' argument. It's nonsense. These mass murderers are misled, angry, isolated, low EQ silent-monsters on a level we can barely comprehend.

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@Variety Controversy is marketing. Congratulations, you're now aware of his new special.

Welp, the creative world is on the verge of completely changing: Google announces Imagen - https://t.co/p5jEPhEVa8 but is it as good as #dalle2?

"Fury Road" editor relives the grueling post-production and battling the studio for final cut: https://t.co/FZkOZGTyWa

"I just got so sick of it. They were just obsessed with getting the film under 100 minutes."

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@jbcashmoney Yeah, love it.
Ep.3 (Rodman) was particularly good.

COVID downtime taught me I’m a digital hoarder. But I have managed to re-organize 40TB of stuff including over 100,000 photos, a million+ sound effects, untold amounts of music, VFX, ebooks etc. and throw out ten hard drives. This is not normal! But what is these days?

[Paul Forte @PaulForte]

@timmyjoe That's awesome, great job!

My good friend @yojimbotv interviewed Oscar winning editor Andrew Buckland on Editing Ford vs. Ferrari - a great read! - https://t.co/XJCa9Xs32r
