Our gym is a judgment-free zone where you can find love and support. And here’s the best part - we have an amnesty box where you can dispose of your knife, no questions asked!

To make it even easier for you to come down, I’m willing to cover your train fare to get to Bosh Gym. It’s just a quick 25-minute ride on the Elizabeth line from central London to Brentwood, Essex. Trust me, it’s worth it!

At Bosh Gym, you’ll find a diverse community of people from all backgrounds who are ready to lend an ear and offer guidance. It’s a place where you can feel safe and empowered, all while learning the art of boxing. My incredible partner in the gym, Hughie will be there to teach you the ropes and help you discover your inner strength.
