@Qantas Qantas lost our bag after an international flight and we have no clothes other than what we wore on the plane. No sign of the bag three days after arriving. can’t get hold of anyone. Our vacation is ruined. Never will we fly Qantas again

@Qantas we came to Australia for an important event and flew syd to mel after a 24 hour flight from US. You lost our luggage, said it would be delivered that day (it wasn’t) and now we have NO clothes. Wait times for baggage svcs are 1-2 hours. Thanks for ruining our special trip

Hey @plivo and @bevenky how can you tout customer satisfaction as a priority but after we spent hours working on Plivo integration to a new app you arbitrarily canceled our account when I tried to move to a paid plan and refused to say why? That’s terrible #customerservice

@jrfuisz @vc Australia likes to think it can build its own defense tech (look at the submarine deal - Australia is going to build the subs, even though they’ve never worked with nuclear before). Now watch as costs balloon and it’s years late like all their other major acquisition projects

@vc As an Aussie myself… DSTO (defense) and CSIRO (not specifically defense) are 2 govt research orgs that produce defense innovation and could be good to see what/who they’re backing

@vc US manufacturing isn’t as efficient as China (or other manufacturing intensive country). Their labor costs are lower so we can’t compete on all-in labor costs. While we do need to build up our own manufacturing capability, it won’t be more efficient and will raise prices

Is country music making a comeback? Or have people liked it all along and I just haven’t noticed? Seems like so many people say they like country music now.
