@GaryJamesWriter Gary I produced your Dad’s Rock & Roll show for 10 years. He was a joy to work with and a true gentleman.
He would bemoan turning up for events for older people and the music was placid - “I want to keep rocking until I die”
My thoughts with your family
Keep on rocking Paul
My Nan was the most gentle & warm lady I have ever met, not a natural warrior.

Here are her medals for her small role liberating Europe, along with many others just like her

@chris_hawkins Talking is OK, singing along out of tune isn’t great but hey people are enjoying the gig.
It’s the non-stop shouting to be heard conversation throughout the whole gig that is annoying. It’s always worse for support bands. Why don’t these people just go to a pub?

@CafeDomenics My late father first took me to @WatfordFC in 1983 the year @CafeDomenics opened.
Stopping there was often part of our pre-match routine. Something I still do with my own son. It’s heartbreaking this link to my childhood is disappearing. Thanks to your family for the memories.
