I visited Davis Lichuma at Nairobi Women Hospital today.

He’s not able to talk.

You don’t need to be told what he’s gone through.

His frequent tremors when asleep, most likely “post traumatic stress disorders” (PTSDs), tells it all.

Davis has been tortured.

This is not acceptable and those behind it must be held accountable. We cannot be a nation that tortures, maims and kills its youth just because they seek good governance.

🚨 BREAKING: The Attorney General has suffered a major blow in court.

Yesterday, the High Court ruthlessly crushed the Attorney General’s attempt to dismiss Okiya Omtatah’s "Odious Debt" case. The AG wanted the case thrown into the trash before a single document was read.

The judges said NO. This case goes to a full hearing on its merits.

Omtatah is challenging trillions in unconstitutional loans taken in our names, money that was looted or completely vanished into offshore accounts, while you and I pay for it through punishing taxes.

Think about it: If the Ruto administration has nothing to hide, why are they spending public funds fighting so aggressively to stop us from seeing where the loan money went? What are they terrified we’ll find?

Former Chief Justice and Presidential aspirant David Maraga has said Kenya's constitution does not need any amendment because it is one of the best in the world.

He said as Chief Justice, he knew his employer was Wanjiku and not the president, and urged holders of public office to do the right thing.

He revisited the historic nullification of the 2017 election and his stand on the swearing in of judges that then President Uhuru Kenyatta had refused.

He said if elected President, he will only the law and implement the constitution to the letter.

Maraga said that restoring the rule of law and ending corruption are central to his campaign because they are the foundation of accountable leadership, strong institutions.

He was addressing students at Multimedia University during its Youth Leadership Conference, where he spoke on the role of young people in shaping Kenya's future.

He also urged the students to register as voters and turn out in 2027, noting that meaningful change requires active participation in the democratic process.
