@united Actually the ground & plane crews pulled a muscle and got us food. It was the 1st 2 failed airplanes that made for a bad experience. Just got to Denver at 3pm vs original 11am. Missed all my meetings. But at least I'm not hungry.

@United flight 2216 update - now boarding 12:45 - more than 3 hrs late, and for the third week in a row - no meal service I'm business class.

United@2226, continued. Then we're told 45 minute wait, feel free to leave gate area. 10 minutes later gate change to the far side of Newark airport. Plane not here. Incredible.

United Flight 2216 was supposed to leave Newark for Denver at 9:20am ET. Pilots we're late, then engine malfunction discovered during taxiing. Had to return to gate. What you see in the photo are the baggage handlers sitting around instead of rushing to move bags quickly
