@MwangoCapital The easiest way to manage a budget is cut down on WASTE. Cut all unconstitutional offices. All these CAS, Prime minster offices, first daughters and sons offices that are not provided in the constitution. Cut on corruption. Take pay cuts. Tenders=conflict of interest etc.

b) Expenditure: Govt cut on waste. Close the loop holes
