@USAA Part 5/5
As a long-time USAA customer and vet, this experience has significantly impacted my confidence in USAA moving forward. My intent has never been to be difficult but simply to ensure my concerns were genuinely considered. Claim #02491888600000080201#Veteran

@USAA Part 4/5
I appreciate the professionalism shown by several representatives, and I appreciate that Sheila personally reached out regarding my concerns. However, despite multiple reviews, I still do not feel my concerns were fully addressed in a meaningful way. #Veteran
@USAA Part 3/5
What concerns me even more is that unrelated third-party documentation appeared within my claim materials. This created serious concerns regarding confidentiality, quality-control procedures, and document handling safeguards. #Veteran
@USAA Part 2/5
Although revisions were eventually made to the valuation, the adjustments remained limited compared to the concerns I raised regarding upgraded features, premium equipment, condition, recent tire investment, and realistic replacement value. #Veteran
@USAA Part 1/5
After years as a loyal USAA customer, I never expected to spend this much time fighting to justify the value of my vehicle to my own insurance company. I repeatedly provided documentation, comparable vehicles, and build sheet information. #Veteran
@elonmusk I’m a 100% disabled vet. Took 12 yrs to win my case, so my son didn’t qualify for VA education benefits. He’s 32 now, got his associate’s, about to be a father, & trying to finish his degree. Not asking for charity would you consider recommending him for a scholarship?
