I booked an @Uber Pet ride yesterday. A regular ride would have been $13. A pet was $20. After the ride they charged another $20 because there was pet hair. Not sure what a pet charge is paying for.

@SouthwestAir I am so frustrated with your system of handling lost baggage. My suitcase was “lost” @LGAairport last night. It was not really lost. They knew where was and no one could bother to go get it. It feels like your corporate attitude to lost baggage is care-less.
