@NSFinance Thanks for posting the 2013-14 revenue and expenses at https://t.co/wBAH8EwjJr - What's your view on the idea of "Spend Less Than You Earn"? #nsbudgettalks
@NSFinance Thanks for opening the discussion on the budget, at https://t.co/HrxnLvp9MP - It's good to hope that the government will listen. Do you have a hashtag, or will everything here be assumed to be a budget discussion? #nsbudgettalks
I support looking at the business case for commuter rail but it must be based on market demand with users paying a fair share of the costs. Our transit system is already heavily subsidized by tax payers. Tax payers are paying nearly two-thirds of current costs of transit. https://t.co/QYebtg62UX
@rbatherson@DartmouthDerek It’s unfortunate that 60% involvement in politics is regarded as strong involvement. We need to get people more interested, and it can’t just be because they dislike the incumbent.
Most people who manage, like premiers and company bosses, don’t like auditors to tell them they’re doing a bad job. I think we need the critical analysis that they provide.
