@The_RHS v. disappointed membership. You took over £100 out of our account in June, no membership card in sight (19 July) You keep promoting 3 months free to new members. effectively we r paying 4 non existing membership at an inflated price w/ no benefits. 1/2

What a disappointment @prestigeflowers were yesterday. The were nearly bone dry, the roses bashed w/ brown petals. Chrysanthemums were crushed. What a disappointment for my wife’s birthday.
@RestIsPolitics Trying to hard to connect/empathise with questioners which is bordering on patronising. Too much shouting and balling across the floor. Neither trait is appealing to tv viewers.
A tale of woe with @Uber @UberUKsupport last night. After one booking cancelled the next ride decided to take the scenic route… why take the A3 when you need the A22. Add 40 mins to your ride and take no notice of your passenger trying to explain the route is way off!
Why did you not confirm which exit I was coming out of? Why not txt me where you where parked with a poor signal and loud music a phone call is pointless @Uber
What @Uber is going on? I booked a car from a charity awards event for 11.30 at a hotel on Park Lane. Your driver parked @ one exit I came out the other w/ case & luggage. Got to your driver @ 11.39 by my phone. You cancelled the car & charged me nearly £40 saying is was 11.42!..
So now I’m in another @Uber and he has gone 40mins in the wrong direction. I told him he needed go via Croydon and down the a22 but he went via Putney and a3 blaming his sat nav. Now on the m25 when there was no need 😡 not happy

After getting through twice and queuing for of 4 hours in total this has been a total waste of my time today. So very disappointed for my children who wanted to see this show. Your system crashed more thank 4/5 times and am totally frustrated.

Sadly after two hours and four attempts to book #oltkidsweek tkts I’ve been spat out again. Now I have a wait time of One 1/2hours after I was first on the site at 10am. The moment I fear my kids have been waiting for has gone! 😩😡
