@merseyrail the state of peoples finances I can’t afford an arbitrary fine 10x’s greater because your staff decided not to let me pay on a portable ticket machine. - please explain why and resolve this as your office staff just want to rinse me for their numbers

@merseyrail why on some days are your staff instructed to carry portable ticket machines to allow onboard purchase and other (most) your staff instead don’t carry and charge people for losing tickets by 9-13 times as much as a fee. Doesn’t seem legitimate balanced or fair?

@merseyrail could I have an answer https://t.co/YnroSEdkf9 have with out asking passed my details to dept collection for £50-£100 charge for me losing my ticket. No permission given. Was given option to pay on train as often others are.
