@RejectedBook To be fair, he'd have had to run to square leg to high five the keeper. It's grim stuff but not sure this example is proof of premeditated action.
@RowleyfileRRR As a stats man (as I am) don't you find EG a very odd concept?
I prefer concrete stats like Shots On Target, Corners.
PS I never understood chemical equations, yet effortlessly got 100 in algebra.
@tony_calvin@BHAHorseracing Did you enjoy the Stewards' report for The Fixer's win the other day? Appreciated the return to running around a bend, apparently. 23 runs beforehand, 22 on them on a straight course. Finished last on the one occasion he did actually go around a turn.
@seandw14 Despite his six-length success I noted Sir Porky was the second slowest to reach 10mph. William Hoggas has some work to do to inject some gate speed into the son of Rashar.
@Ben1198219821 @PolleyMatt It looked awful but it's easy with hindsight. It's hardly a surprise that he was held up and you always need luck up that rail. He's 8, there are only 2 or 3 races in the year he gets his ideal conditions and the idea that yesterday wasn't the big summer target is nonsense.
