@3peaks4paul Folks tweeting from my hospital bed at Derriford. At 6.30 pm today I will receive my new Stem Cells. This is after a course of Chemotherapy that has knocked me for six as well as my stem cells! So today is my second birthday. Two birthdays in a year!

@3peaks4paul I can't tell you how humbled Fi, Josh, Jake and I have been with the time, kindness, thoughtfulness and willingness to trek the 3 Peaks. The boys will start at 10 am as I start my journey to Derriford to get better. Look after my Josh boys.☺
