There seems to be a common issue with Busch Gardens Park Presidents, the good ones don't last long. Apparently corp thinks it is better to have a regional park pres. So now all Florida parks and water parks have one president under United Parks.

So I’m sure most of you are aware of the meeting Busch Gardens Tampa Bay had offered me several weeks back, which finally only got confirmed last week.

Well, late yesterday afternoon, I got a message that left me very concerned about my upcoming meeting. And I soon after got another message stating the same thing: Park President Jon Vigue has been fired…

I was in disbelief. I’m supposed to be meeting with HIM SPECIFICALLY in a week. You would think I would’ve received an email if that happened… So I checked my email… and I see a new email from Busch Gardens PR Team, and think to myself, “Oh, no…”

I open it to see that they suddenly need to postpone it by a week. What are the chances that I get word that the park president has been fired and also get an email from BGT PR saying they need to postpone my visit on the same day and they’re not connected? Pretty slim, IMO.

So I responded with my own email.

There has been no response yet from the park, but I sent it late yesterday afternoon, so I didn’t really expect to receive anything yet.

One of the things I was going to discuss in the meeting was the fact that they need to be all-around more transparent about what is happening the park. I’m really hoping they’re transparent in their response to my question of whether Jon is no longer with the park.

Now is there a chance this could be completely untrue? Absolutely. But I’ve heard the same thing from too many people within a few hours last night, and when you combine that with the email suddenly postponing my meeting around the same time… there’s just too much lining up to make me believe that this is anything but true.

Now will we find out the truth from Busch Gardens? That remains to be seen. But if it is in fact true that he has left, this makes him the third president in a row to last only five months. He’s the third president since February of 2025. And the fifth president in three years. There’s seriously problems at this park, and the majority of them stem from United Parks corporate offices.

If I hear anything confirming or deny his departure from the BGT PR team, I will let you all know. Keep following along for the latest updates, and if you have any information you’d like to share with me about Busch Gardens, my DMs are always open. Please share this so we can get the word out.

It appears that Busch Garden's new water ride (rumored to be a Mack Launched Water Coaster) may be called Simbi Rush.

Simbi is a Central African guardian spirit of water and nature.

Stanleyville (Kisangani) is geographically in the center of Africa.

This would tie both the area and the park ethos into the new ride.

I definitely feel like this is a great choice!

#news The lone holdout juror who deadlocked Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial now has an attorney, signaling that the people who doxxed him, or defamed him, may now be facing lawsuits.

Attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik:

People who could be facing legal action:
🔻Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington who gender doxxed him and accused him of being a bigot
🔻Juror Paula Devlin who got on national television and revealed he was a Black man in his mid 30s
🔻Local NBC's Sue O'Connell who published personal details about him including his court cases, eviction judgement etc, making him identifiable
🔻Aidan Kearney (turtleboy) who published his name, picture and personal information online and
🔻Other Jurors who made accusations against him like, he refused to follow the law and he was arrogant.

Attorney Edward Andrew Paltzik just made the announcement. Paltzik described his client as a courageous champion of justice, said the man is in a safe location in rural northern New England, and said his immediate focus is the juror’s health, safety, and well-being.

Paltzik already represents three friends of Nolan Wells - Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo, and Morgan Seymour - in defamation actions over false claims that they had something to do with Wells' d*th.

Fast Facts:
🔻Foreperson Roni Carlson accused him of not following the law and wanted to get him kicked off the jury.

She also claimed he admitted he had reasonable doubt - something he reportedly said is not true.

🔻Paula Devlin called him “very arrogant” and said he “completely disregarded” explanations from nurses on the jury about toxicology results.

She also identified him as a Black man in his 30s and the only person of color on a panel of nine women and three men.

🔻Nick Dargie said he found it “disgusting” when the holdout used an exercise band and a water bottle to demonstrate the strangulations.

🔻Defense lawyer Kevin Reddington called the holdout a man who “stole seven weeks of the life of these other jurors” and said “they were robbed by one man.”

🔻Reddington accused him of discriminating against Clancy because she was in a wheelchair and also revealed his gender in court

🔻 Local NBC10 Boston’s Ryan Kath reported personal details and court records of the juror - then people then matched docket details to find his identity.

🔻On Sept. 12 Kearney, Turtleboy, posted his name and photograph.

Kearney is separately facing witness-intimidation / jury intimidation and related charges tied to the Karen Read case.
