@British_Airways please advise how i can speak to a supervisor? I’ve an unresolved issue dating back to Feb and have had contact with at least 8 of your staff! Whenever I’m on phone to them and ask for supervisor they say “all busy”, me “I’ll hold then” BA “you can’t do that”.
