@BenjaminAbella@thestustustudio Funny, no images of their security force that threatened and intimidated any members of the Penn community who wished to access the heart of the campus without conforming to their politics.
@annenortonnow Taking over a common space indefinitely and enforcing viewpoint exclusivity within that space using intimidation and threats against other members of the Penn community is the opposite of free speech.
@femonomics Also, they had a dumb strategy. Penn always had the action it took today as a BATNA. Occupying College Green was not the protesterโs leverage. No, in situations like this, moral suasion and authority is, but this bunch squandered that with antisemitism, didnโt they?
@femonomics Not a peaceful protest. They commandeered common space for themselves and used intimidation and threats of violence to enforce an exclusive hold on it. They were not opposed to policing when they were doing it, only when Philly and Penn did it.
@BenjaminAbella Also, indefinitely requisitioning common spaces and enforcing viewpoint conformity within those spaces through threats and intimidation is the opposite of free speech.
โThe resignation of Elizabeth Magill, former president of the University of Pennsylvania, has the potential to be an ignominious, watershed moment in American history.โ
@RitchieTorres โCollege junior Tara Tarawneh was arrested on Nov. 4 after allegedly stealing an Israeli flag from the front of a Campus Apartments house near Pennโs campus.โ

@dieworkwear Seems like the problem might be that the suits are too skinny rather than just too short, and his pants are riding up his calves when he sits and are getting stuck there when he stands.
@loomischaffee She is deeply honored and grateful, thank you. Itโs a beautiful community and she is proud to have been a part of it. Now the alumni phase begins for her!
