@chuckbassNBC @MNahstoll Heard his kids were there as well, they took a look at some private schools. Wanted to wait until the weekend so there were no leaks.

Exactly what I reported earlier. On the Will Stein note, I expect Stein to be Texas’s #1 target as well. The school has put out feelers to Lanning, Cristobal, Chesney and Stein. Stein so far is the only one to display real interest in the job. Things could move quickly in Austin.

BREAKING: Sources in Austin tell me that after recent struggles within the Texas Football program boosters are having discussions about Steve Sarkisian and his future with the team. If the Longhorns move on from Sark, expect Will Stein to be the front runner for his replacement.

@IsaiahT_Rosario You don’t have to believe me Isaiah, I’ll be right in about a week.

@patino_805 I think that’s a real possibility. But the expectation from programs around the country is Chesney is waiting on the Penn State job to open.

🚨Breaking🚨 Prominent Texas boosters tell me that Steve Sarkisian is expected to be fired if Texas were to lose at home this week against Ole Miss. If Sarkisian is fired, DC Will Muschamp would likely serve as the interim head coach for the remainder of the season.

@clubhighflyers I agree, it’s a matter of when, not if.

@Patrick09335545 Not to my knowledge. Seems like teams aren’t even bothering to reach out to him anymore. He’s turned down some marquee jobs and he’s only getting older.

@chuckbassNBC I heard the same thing. Apparently his family was in Austin Saturday morning before the game in Norman. Not 100% verified, but certainly interesting. Batt and Stein have apparently had conversations over the last couple weeks about Stein’s future at UK, but nothing formal.

@TXKyleYarbro I’m just here to report the news. Sark is gone if Texas loses to Ole’ Miss.
