@FedExHelp Seriously? This is your reply? A canned response? You didn’t even bother to read my DM. I said I was there. In fact I called FedEx support at 2:45, the same time the driver reported he posted the tag. Wondering why @UPS is out performing FedEx? This is why.
@FedExHelp I hate FedEx. Another botched delivery by fedex. I just received notification that no one was at my house. The funny thing is there wasn’t just one person, not two, not three, not four, but five people at my house, two of which were outside. @UPS is so much better.
He left the tag at 2:45. I contacted FedEx support at 2:45. Bob from the Philippines could have contacted the driver and told him to turn around, it would have saved another trip.
Avoid @TMobile at all costs. Their promotions are a scam and they will do EVERYTHING they can to screw you out of every possible dollar they can. I have never had an experience as horrible as I have with @TMobileHelp. #AvoidLikeThePlague
@TMobileHelp So, I sent a private DM, but have not received a response. So just like everything else at T-Mobile, it was a lie. Your company doesn't care about customers, you just don't want the truth of your company to come out in the public eye.
@TMobileHelp Today I spent 2 hours with @TMobileHelp only to find out the promotions I was offered when I signed up don't exist and I have exceeded the 60 day window for the rebate and can no longer get the rebate.
@TMobileHelp I have been in contact with @TMobileHelp every month with at least an hour a month for the $800 credit per line. Two times I was told everything was setup and I would receive the gift cards. I have not received the gift cards.
@TMobileHelp Every single month I was charged for a phone on a line that I brought the phone over from Verizon. I have spent at least an hour on the phone every month with support to get the proper promotion applied to the phone. I received a credit then the next month the charge appeared.
@TMobileHelp I signed up via Telesales in March, activated the account three weeks later. When I signed up, the promotion was 2 phones on us and $800 per line for each line I had to buyout the phone.

@ChrisKirschner No. I am trying to send a message to Hal by saying I did not watch or go to any games and I actually did not go to or watch any games. Every year I buy a package or tickets, but will refuse to do so until Hal changes the FO. Continuing to march Cashman won’t work
