NBC knew full well that it would be breaking at least two laws by interfering in the election in this way, and it did so anyway.
It's not just Harris. It's also @timKaine who could lose to @HungCao_VA
NBC constructed a sketch literally aimed at increasing Kaine's name recognition.
SNL could thus tip two elections.
People may not appreciate the significance of SNL. It has a huge young male audience — exactly the audience Harris and Kaine need.
By giving the FCC and Congress so little time before the election, NBC calculated that it could get away with, at most, a fine.
NBC's top lawyer, Kim Harris, worked for Obama and is thick as thieves with Biden admin and DNC.
NBC may not have calculated that this is flagrant election interference.
NBC may not have calculated that it is vulnerable because it depends on the US government for its license.
The American people have subsidized NBC for decades.
Congress and FCC should revoke NBC's license. They have violated the public's trust. It is not acting in the public's interest.
Our voices matter. Please share this post so the FCC and Congress will take immediate action against flagrant criminal conduct and election interference by NBC.
@DelNFT@boredsurgeon I spent a lot of time working with Hackatao, their token MORK and their NFT project only to have it wrecked multiple times by @WhaleDShark who even lied to Hackatao's while doing it.
Then HaT invests with WS and Pak...I was done.
Can't be associated with those scammers.
🚨 Security is definitely one of the biggest concerns in the Web3 space.
Yesterday, a collector got hacked, and all his Matter NFTs by @muratpak were stolen ❤️🩹
Here’s how we helped him recover the assets using the #Move mechanism built into Matter’s contract

@2Yeahyeah@Hackatao We can agree to disagree🤝.
I am not against NFTs nor Artists, but rather the way 'ownership' of NFTs are being compared to ownership of a physical piece of art.
Physical pieces have intrinsic utility by being physical. NFTs do not have this and should have utility.
@2Yeahyeah@Hackatao Doesn't really answer the question.
I didn't say it wasn't art, and didn't say I didn't enjoy it.
Artist and influencers can keep pushing this 'art' NFT narrative, but people are being lied to on what they are actually buying.
@2Yeahyeah@Hackatao These look great and I do like Hackatao, but what utility do they have?
Other than being able to be bought and sold, what can you do with them?
The split second court opens on Monday, X Corp will be filing a thermonuclear lawsuit against Media Matters and ALL those who colluded in this fraudulent attack on our company
@goddek Seems off, but engagement is not related to the like and repost count, but rather the follower counts of those that like and repost.
A person with 1M followers that reposts can generate 10x the amount of views than 1000 people with 100 followers that repost.
@RDToTheMoon I would prefer to own a physical piece that I enjoy the most regardless of when it was created (removing monetary reasoning).
If it was an NFT, then I would want the one with the greatest utility and wouldn't care about the image or media since I'm not buying the artwork.
@DrLoupis@elonmusk@X@cstanley@lindayaX 🤔seem off, but is this the right way to look at it?
RT do not correlate to views.
You need to look at the total follower counts 411 people that retweeted vs the total follower counts of the 46200 people.
If one person has a million followers, wouldn't that skew this?
My favorite was when I specifically asked your CEO @jdetychey specific questions about what was happening with game tokens and NFTs, then less than a month later you made an announcement that it was all being scrapped.
You can say you are prioritizing fun over ROI, but with the waste of spending your team is doing and the amount of lies and 'change of plans' that come out of no where . . . . how can anyone continue to trust you?
Citizens are spreading dangerous misinformation on social media platforms, say journalists and governments. But inaccurate stories on the Gaza hospital explosion prove that the most dangerous misinformation comes not from citizens but from journalists who rely on governments.
