To the HOTAS players out there. I don't, and have never played MW with a HOTAS. I'm always mouse/keyboard. I took a look at the current HOTAS support and will be looking into improvements in supporting HOTAS properly. These will be baby steps moving forward.
And just a little background, I'm a huge sim fan. Racing/Flight. More focused on flight. I DO use HOTAS for flight sims (MSFS/DCS/IL2) with over 1400+ hrs in DCS alone. (Yes, I'm an F18 scrub). I feel the pain of HOTAS players and will do what I can to get things working!
My first priority toward this goal is proper axis assignment rather than this select a profile approach. Again, with limited resources for this feature, updates will be spread across various patches for the game.
@lubertdas@russ_bullock It's mostly budget and how you like to use HOTAS. Some people like to have a big dead zone to keep stable easier, while others want minutia in the movement throw of a joystick from center. It's definitely a rabbit hole. :)

Average PSR separation between teams: 172
At current settings, we have drastically shorter wait times and still maintaining fairly tight skill separation.

Average skill difference between teams climbed to 166.
@BrioS_BRxV @russ_bullock As the monitor is still ticking downward with match kickoffs... it's trending downward... looking at live times... seems to be kicking off matches at about 160'ish seconds (2.7m) now. Will see if it settles out.

Now cutting time in MM before releasing to a 2 tier separation (Tier 1 can play T3) from 2 minutes to 1 minute.
@NoGutsNoGalaxy Just a note, watched a 4584avg VS 4606avg match kick off. Took 275 seconds to match up.
And now a 4200avg VS 4193avg just kicked off with a match making time of 505 seconds.
You can see how this goes with tightening restrictions.
