The fire in the Tyumen refinery in Russia is spreading.
It suggests that Russians were not fast enough to trigger the emergency shutdown. The processing unit was probably still containing enough flammable material.

Ukrainian attack drones successfully struck a pair of St. Petersburg-area warehouses used by the Russian e-commerce giant Wildberries this morning.
Both facilities were heavily damaged in the attack, suffering catastrophic fires.
The main warehouses of the Wildberries logistics hub in Shushary, Saint Petersburg / Leningrad region, in Russia are almost completely covered in fire and smoke. Once again, wildfire units have to move in, but there is no chance that they can salvage that Wildberries branch.
A Wildberries warehouse in St. Petersburg was struck early Friday, the latest in a Ukrainian campaign against the retailer over alleged ties to Russia's military logistics.
