As I stated in my announcement video, the division being promoted by the Washington Elites, from both Democrats and Republicans, is destroying our country. It’s time for a change. We must get back to voting for the best person for the job, period, and not vote just along party lines. If I have the honor of being elected to the U.S. Senate, I’ll be loyal to Massachusetts voters and to America - NOT to a party. During my entire life, I have never been a partisan person and that doesn’t change just because I become a Senator. Any claim otherwise, is meant to perpetuate fear and fuel the division among us. The elites want to keep us divided. That’s why people like Elizabeth Warren engage in politics of division and destruction. We have to stop pitting American versus American and making everything Red versus Blue.
Washington is fundamentally broken and Senator Warren has had more than a decade to try and fix it. She hasn’t. She is now part of the broken status quo. We need now to look past the old paradigms and reimagine the tools of overcoming our shared national struggle. A vote for Deaton is a vote for that purpose.
