@AlaskaAir please give gate agents real info about delays, and let them impart . Flight yesterday from @SeaTacAirport to @flyLAXairport was delayed 2 hours because plane had been “overfueled,” which seems avoidable…flight home has unspecified “maintenance delay.” Do better.
