@BillBullen Advised by 3 Utilita agents my April bill incorrect and would be revised, hung up on twice today, smart meter send 01 June does not connect. Complaint raised and team called then hung up ๐ฉ 3hrs in total on calls since 25 May ! @BillBullen

@HP your support platforms for technical issues is abysmal ๐ฉ WhatsApp agent didnโt even start to help and stopped chatting 50mins ago. Issue with Instank ink cartridge printing wrong colours. Followed diagnostics on Community Forum etc., who can help ??
