I don’t normally share my achievements publicly but I’m really proud of this one, specially in such a challenging year: returning to campus after a pandemic,15 months of maternity leave, and learning how to juggle motherhood and academia🙏
One of my amazing MSc students at @UniofGreenwich is conducting a qualitative study about treatment processes across different modalities. Are there any CBT or Psychodynamic therapists out there who would like to talk about their experience?@UKCP_Updates@BACP@BAPPSUK1@BABCP
Dear all, I’d like to introduce you all to my new therapeutic photography project based in London. It’s still in its infancy but please do check its FB page, follow it, share it, ask questions - take part however you want!

For parents with little children @UniofGreenwich are there any recommendations for good nurseries near the Greenwich campus? As staff, do we have any support/resources from the university in terms of childcare? Thanks! :)
@thepsychprof007 Can’t believe they said that! :| I’m 40 next year and I know many women over 40 who just had children, and..partners are overrated really, we end up doing everything anyway (there, I said it!) I love my partner, but if I knew what I know now, I wouldn’t have waited to find one :)
Non-believers et al., I truly hope you, your partner and your child don’t get infected. Taking care of a small baby (having mild symptoms) with both me and her daddy experiencing (not so mild ones, such as fever), it’s being the hardest experience of my life. #GetVaccinatedNow
@MariaKordowicz@Therapists_C This is interesting! I take notes during the week if something happens so that I can bring it up in the next session but I never took notes during the session itself, never even crossed my mind, but it’s a good idea!
Horror/gothic-ish literature for mom and baby daughter! 2 months old isn’t too soon for this, is it? (Hope I’m not told off by my fellow academic human development expert colleagues!)❤️ @spookypurcell
Hi everyone! We’re inviting health professionals delivering substance use treatment for a qualitative study about therapeutic relationships. If you’re interested/know anyone who might be, please PM me (oh, and we’re also offering Amazon vouchers to all participants!). Pls share!
@KingsMaternity Thanks for the info! Does this include regular appointments with community midwifery teams? Or are those supposed to be for women alone by default? Thanks
@DrSofiaStathi Welcome back @DrSofiaStathi! I’m leaving in 2 months time so I’ll follow this for when I return, though for now I’m in the opposite trajectory - I must get ready to slow down and disconnect from work! :)
