Shout out to the lovely people at our @royalhippodrome for their understanding not once but twice when I've had to cancel our tickets for the recent Christmas panto. Both times they've kindly transferred our tickets to another performance rather than just saying "too bad".

2) Yesterday was the last showing of the panto and I was quite upset at not being able to get my children there, so to be replied to almost immediately with the offer of transferring to the next panto was just wonderful.
