@tapairportugal Flight got cancelled on May 2022. According to your terms and conditions, refund should have been issued in the next 7 days. Still waiting for a refund + Compensation according to EU 261/04 regulations. Customer service keeps on making me wait. This is not OK!
@Eurostar The link to change our tickets due to the strike does not work. It gives me an error screen when submitting the new date. Can you please help? I was supposed to travel tomorrow AM but need to reschedule
@Eurostar Is the 11:28 train to London cancelled this morning? Don't see it on the live train departure in the app but didn't receive any notifications saying so
