👋Hello, False Enforcement Ban Victims👋

✅Now I'll share a new method that will help you justify a false enforcement ban (Linked account ban)✅

⚠️‼️I want to warn everyone in advance: I know for sure that this worked for enforcement bans, but I can't guarantee success for other types of bans‼️⚠️

💡So, many of you have been asking how exactly I got unbanned?
I got it after contacting the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)💡

⚖️Today I'll tell you exactly how to file a report!
But first, make sure you definitely don't have a window to appeal your ban on the Violations & Appeals page in roblox. If you do, use the appeals limit on that page. Only if that doesn't help, read on! I also want to point out that I'm only the second person to get unbanned this way, as almost no one has used this method yet. I also can't say for sure what the likelihood is of your application being approved.

1⃣First, go to the FTC website. You'll immediately be taken to the main page and there will be a large "Report Now" button.

2⃣After clicking it, the site will ask you which category you want to report under. You should select the "phone, internet, TV service" category and then the "internet service" subcategory.

Now we move on to the main form.

3⃣For the first question about the internet issue, select the "Access" option.

4⃣Below, the most important thing for the FTC to begin your review is to indicate how much money you lost due to the erroneous ban. Provide all the information about how much you spent on Roblox. You can skip this if you've never purchased anything, but this will greatly reduce the chances of your appeal being reviewed within the next two weeks.

5⃣Next, in the company details, indicate "Roblox Corporation" and skip the window asking about Which person are you contacting (since you're contacting the entire company)!

6⃣Next, be sure to answer YES to the question "Do you have any other information about them (phone, website, etc.)?"

7⃣‼️Further, all new fields that pop up will concern the recipient. Check all these questions in internet. They will all concern the recipient, i.e., Roblox headquarters, since all data is constantly changing, as the corporation constantly changes addresses, postal numbers, and other information. Check their official website or ask neural network for accurate, current information on all questions. (The only thing Roblox never changes in the email section is "[email protected]".)

8⃣Now it's time to write the report itself. It's individual for each person, depending on the ban and its date. Here, I advise you to rephrase one of your appeals you wrote to Roblox in a businesslike style and include all the information about how much you invested in the platform, why you consider the ban a false positive, and so on.

For those who don't know how to write something like this, I recommend consulting a neural network by writing a prompt ("How to write an appeal to the FTC about an erroneous ban on Roblox that is completely false and which Roblox refuses to acknowledge") and then adding the text of your ban below.

9⃣Well, now the final step is a pop-up window for submitting information about yourself. Enter all the information the FTC requires!

🚨After this, a window will pop up informing you that your report is complete. Before closing the window, be sure to copy your application number, as it will disappear after you close it and you won't be able to find it.

🕗Next, you need to wait 14-30 days, even if your application doesn't receive a response (as stated in the FTC website's FAQ, the site doesn't always notify you of the success of your request. You may be unbanned without notification from the FTC or Roblox, or you may receive a notification from Roblox Legal or from FTC,)

⚠️As I already mentioned, since this method is completely new, I can't say for sure what your chances are of getting it, especially if you're applying for a different ban type than Enforcement.

Please be VERY CAREFUL following this advice.
Only send a report if you are 100% sure your position is wholly defensible. Knowingly sending falsified reports to a federal agency is illegal. Under 18 U.S.C. § 1001, materially false statements to the federal government can be a crime. Deliberately inventing a “false ban”, fabricating financial losses, or claiming innocence when you know you (or accounts you control) violated the rules crosses that line.
The FTC is not a backdoor to Roblox moderation. They will not assist you in unilateral unbans and it is not their duty or responsibility to act as an alternative appeals body.
Spending money on virtual currency or items does not create a right to violate Roblox’s Terms of Service, evade enforcement, or demand reinstatement. Platforms routinely ban paying users, and Roblox’s Terms treat Robux as non-refundable licensed goods that can be forfeited on termination.
