@SamaHoole Started similar diet in 2020. Proceeded to shed 50 lbs. 55 now and playing about 15 hours of tennis a week. No meds, supplements or vitamins. Wished I did this when I was his age.

Awesome to hear! What modern people don't get is that plants want to survive too. Since they cannot run away or fight back, they use chemical warfare. 99.9% of wild plants cannot be eaten as are poisonous to animals, humans included. If they want to be eatened, they ripen their fruits.

@kinziefur @SamaHoole I'm about 66% meat prioritized. Fruits seasonsally. Generally 1-2 meals a day, and sometimes no meals if I'm just not hungry. Meat is ultra satisfying. I even drink regularly with my meals. Recovering from workouts and tennis basketball is off the charts. Great sleep too!

- You need whole grains for fibre (you don't)
- Red meat causes cancer (it doesn't)
- Cholesterol kills you (it doesn't)

Then they graduate with honours and tell you to eat less bacon and more Cheerios.

Climate will change regardless if humans all die tomorrow. The only hope of survival is massive economic advancement that would allow us to resist ice ages or hotter climates.

Climate change enthusiasts seem to think the climate stops changing if you stop using nuclear and oil and only make solar panels(impossible without also drilling for oil).

But no it doesn’t.

You’re irrational and uneducated in science or real climate change strategy. None of your “solutions” even pass the above 90 IQ logic. Second and 3rd order consequences of the green movement are all catastrophic and none of them prevent human death in the impossible to prevent world climate fluctuations.

Then they would proceed to bill Medicaid "$6,000 a month FOREVER."
