A fun but exhausting day! Was so empowering for our women to have their voices heard regarding the delivery of Pause and what it means to them. We particularly enjoyed the theatre workshop and all made it back safely although the weather was unkind. :)

O0oo0o0o Pause Plymouth Road Trip! Today the Plymouth practice embarks on our first participation event with our women. How exciting! I will fill you in after the event 😍

Today we commerate the lives of the women murdered at the hands of men in 2019. Our women (And others) have painted the names of all 90 women and joined us in a service of remembrance. We also read aloud every single name. #16DaysOfActivism

Another wet but wonderful week at Pause Plymouth, to thank the women that attended our launch celebration we went on a group cinema trip. A lovely time was had by all. #MakingMemories
