Extension of statutory due dates is the need of the hour.
Requesting extension for:
MCA Annual Filings
Revised & Belated ITRs

@cbic_india @GST_Council @FinMinIndia We got a registration last week and client has received this interesting email + Notice. The Officer wants the Taxpayer to "respond to Welcome mail" and the Taxpayer has to 'appear' on 31st December at 16.28 !!

MCA denying portal issues isn’t fair. The portal cannot be fixed overnight. Even if fixed, sudden traffic wil again build up. Professionals have already lost precious time due to repeated failures; lost man-hours cant be recovered. Hence, due dates must be extended

Belated/Revised ITR, ROC & GSTR-9/9C due dates must be relaxed.
Because Original ITR deadline was 10 Dec, MCA portal failures continue & professionals are already stretched.

Compliance is unworkable due to persistent MCA portal instability while filing AOC4&MGT7A. System downtime & upload failures are preventing statutory filings. Delays due to systemic issues shouldn't attract late fees. Urgent technical fix & reasonable timeline extension requested

@MCA21India Due to heavy traffic from annual filings, the MCA portal is not functioning properly and other forms are inaccessible. Kindly extend annual filing due dates to reduce portal congestion and ensure smooth compliance.

Upon logging into the V3 portal DIN related forms disappears. But these forms are available pre-sign in to MCA portal. Not able to understand the reasons behind this. No response from MCA help desk also.
