Ethiopian Pharmaceutical Association (EPA) conducted three days of continuing professional development (CPD) trainings on "Pharmacovigilance" at its own premises. The trainings were sponsored by the trainees.
Ethiopian Food and Drug Authority (EFDA) conducted a one day (January 12/2023) consultative workshop on how to actively engage stakeholder’s to strengthen the national pharmacovigilance activities. EFDA, Research institutes, Ethiopian Ministry of Health (Disease prevention

The Endline Assessment of the implementation of the PAVIA was held on 3–7 October 2022 in Ethiopia. Together with the Ethiopian partners AHRI and EFDA, visits were made to the NMRA, research institute, several hospitals and health care facilities around Addis, and to the NTP.

The Eswatini PAVIA Endline Assessment(ELA) is being held from 10-15 July 2022 by KNCV’s epidemiologist Dr. Edine Tiemersma and Dr. Ineke Spruijt. The aim of ELA is to conduct the final evaluation and to assess the impact of the PAVIA project.
