''Are we addicted to our phones?'' There's been so much of this question in the past couple of years that it demanded a deep dive. My first journalistic piece in while and the first in @factordaily's Mental Health Project!
How many times do you pick up your phone everyday? @Pavitra_J_ the author of this piece and @factordaily 's new fellow found that she averages 139 times a day, often with little reason to.
In my over 25yr spent has health reporter, I've never seen our hosps, our HIV & TB patients in worse state than they are under Modi.

The amount of misinformation being spread about Algerian boxer Imane Khelif is really unfortunate. And folks like @elonmusk & @jk_rowling are making it worse by pushing these false narratives.
This ISN’T a case of Man vs Woman. Khelif was born female and is NOT a transgender athlete. She has been boxing since she was a child. She competed at the women’s world championships in 2019 and the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, where she lost in the quarters.

This is a new and exciting position! All tech boffins' on my timeline, please share in your contacts.
PS. This is not a tech support position, but core R&D position as we look to harness frontier tech for mental health.
